I will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information my customers share with me.

I will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum required to deliver great service, which includes advising you about every step of each transaction.

I will permit only authorized persons on a need to know basis, who are trusted in the proper handling of confidential information, to have access to client information.

I will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless required by law. I will always maintain control over the confidentiality of your information. I will never sell or trade client mailing information to a third party.

I will attempt to keep customer files complete, up to date, and accurate. I will continuously assess myself to ensure that each customer's privacy and trust is respected.

I will conduct my business in a manner that fulfills this promise to the best of my ability.

Your use of this Web site and/or Warren West's services constitutes your agreement to pay Warren West a finder's fee of two percent (2%) of any loan that you agree to accept from any lender introduced by Warren West or where your loan request has been submitted by Warren West and said lender has approved same.

  • 14. Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and us related to the use of this Web Site. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. We may choose not to exercise or to delay enforcement of any of our rights under this Agreement without losing them.
